Why a Reiki Tarot Deck is Different
For the first time in one deck, the original Reiki Tarot cards include the ancient healing and divination arts of Reiki, Numerology, Chakra, and Tarot.
The Tarot portion of this deck consists of 9 Shadow Crown Tarot cards. The “shadow self,” was coined by famed 20th-century psychologist Carl Jung. In Jungian psychology, this term describes the unconscious parts of the personality that our conscious ego doesn’t want to identify in itself. It is only through effort to become self-aware that we recognize our shadow self.
The Shadow Crown Tarot cards have never before been associated, explored or linked with the Chakras above the Violet Crown Chakra. Each time a Reiki Shadow Crown Tarot card is picked, another card must be drawn from the deck for further enlightenment of things held in the shadow. If you pick 2 Shadow Crown Tarot cards in a row, 2 additional cards must be picked, one for each Shadow Crown Tarot card.
An Eclipse occurs when one of the 9 Numerology cards appear after picking a Reiki Shadow Crown Tarot card. The energy of the Reiki sacred symbol and/or the oracle meditation is to be used to help shed light on something held in the shadow. You may not be aware of what this is. Contemplation on your original question and meditating on the cards message, leads to random insights that come in the form of intuition, dreams and synchronitcities, what is held in the shadow may be understood now by our conscious awareness.
Working with the Reiki Tarot cards will offer you a new vantage point from which to look at yourself; one with greater distance and perspective. The Reiki Heart meditations on the cards can be used for a single reading, or can be focused upon and held for a day, a week, a month or as long as you would like until you have understood the meaning of the cards messages in regards to your original question on intention.
