The first step towards integrity is being honest with yourself. The best way to avoid losing your integrity is to know thyself. The more insight you have into your own background and unconscious motivations, the better able you will be to withstand the temptation of self violation by compromising your integrity.​

Integrity is an internal state of being that guides us towards making wise moral choices and intelligent ethical decisions.

At one time or another, you’ve certainly violated this trustworthy, most “sacred” part of yourself. What is it that, from deep within, compels you to go back on your word?
