Find the light within you, practice gratitude. Everything around you, everything in your experience is just a reflection of what you have focused on within yourself. If you want the light, you must first find it inside you if you want to see it around you. Give yourself space to move through your thoughts and feelings. Rest and reset. Take time out to breathe, sit with yourself and just be.
